Listing video has unusual requirements: very wide fields of view, smooth walking shots, and same-day turnaround. Most general kits fail at least one.
The three non-negotiables
- Width. Interiors need 16-18mm full-frame equivalent. The kit zoom that came with your camera does not go there.
- Stabilization. Walking shots sell the floor plan. A gimbal — not just IBIS — is what makes doorway transitions watchable.
- Battery + card depth. A 3,000 sq ft house is 200+ clips. V90 cards and spare batteries are not optional accessories; they're the job.
Drones changed the listing game
Exterior establishing shots that needed a helicopter budget a decade ago now need a sub-250g drone and Part 107 certification. Factor the cert into your startup math — flying paid work without it risks FAA fines.
The pro client kit below covers interior, exterior, and aerial. Every mount pairing is engine-verified.
